What the statuses mean
- Within allowance time is being logged against the free hours.
- Allowance used the free hours are used. Wingenious has emailed you. Nothing more happens until you decide.
- Go-ahead received you confirmed that further time is chargeable, or a Project Schedule is agreed.
- Extended Wingenious chose to add free time for this prospect only. No precedent.
- Closed no further work. The allowance does not reset if the prospect returns.
Giving a go-ahead here
In the live portal the Go-ahead button sends a confirmation email from you to both parties with the wording of clause 3.3 and records the date against the prospect. That satisfies the email requirement without a separate message.
In this demo the button changes the record but sends nothing.
